Adjustments, Repairs & Nose Pads

Adjustments are always free, no appointment needed.

Most small repairs are also at no charge, including nose pad replacements.

Nose pads are complimentary as a thank‑you for supporting our small business.

Some exclusions may apply for frames not purchased from us, specialty nose pads, or older frames.

If a frame is out of warranty or requires a new part, a reasonable parts fee may apply.
Redo & Doctor’s Changes
All remakes and prescription changes must be requested within 60 days of the original order date.
Satisfaction Warranty
We offer a 30‑day satisfaction warranty.
If you are not happy with your frame choice, lens choice, or are having prescription issues, please come see us as soon as possible.
Frames Warranty

Most frames include a 1‑year manufacturer warranty.

Some brands offer no warranty, while others offer up to two years.

Clearance frames have no warranty and are sold as‑is, though we can sometimes still obtain parts.

Frame Restyling / Frame Exchange
If you are unhappy with your frame choice, you have 30 days from the order date to make a one‑time exchange.

A $40 restocking fee applies to all frame restyles.

If the new frame is more expensive, you pay the difference.

If the new frame is less expensive, a credit on account will be applied

Lenses can only be remade once at no charge, so please ensure you are happy with your new frame choice.
Prescription Lenses

Most prescription lenses include a 1‑year scratch/defect warranty.

Some specialty lenses or coatings may include a 2‑year warranty.

If you declined scratch‑resistant coating or an insurance scratch plan, your lenses may have no warranty.

Abuse, accidents, and normal wear and tear are not covered.

If you have issues outside the warranty period, please talk to us — we can sometimes obtain exceptions.
Order Cancellations
Prescription lenses are usually ordered the same day. Once production begins, lens orders typically cannot be cancelled.
If a cancellation is requested after the manufacturer has started production, cancellation fees of up to 50% of the retail cost may apply.
Frame & Lens Warranties

Manufacturer frame or lens warranties may be used when available.

A $20 shipping & handling fee applies to all warranty claims.
Meta Glasses

All sales are final.

The frame includes a 1‑year manufacturer warranty.

Any electronic or software‑related issues must be submitted through your Meta app.

Warranty decisions are made at the manufacturer’s discretion.
Refund Policy
Because prescription eyeglasses are custom‑made medical devices, no refunds are offered on prescription eyewear. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. We want to make things right and be fair to you.
In many cases, we can help you exchange the product or offer a store credit.
Warranty Fee
A nominal fee is charged to cover shipping and handling for warranty claims. The typical fee is $20.00, which covers shipping both ways. This amount may change without notice.
Right to Modify Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy without notice.
Vendor policy changes may require us to adjust our policies accordingly. Please know we are always here to do what’s fair for both you and our business.
